2. What data we collect
- Enquiry and quote forms: your name, phone number, email address, city, project details (type of work, property type, budget range, preferred start date), your message and, if you choose to send them, photos of your space.
- Guide download: your first name and email address.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: the content of your messages and your contact details.
- Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the source of your visit (including campaign parameters such as utm, gclid or fbclid), collected through cookies and similar technologies, where you have consented.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote, which are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send you the guide you requested and related follow-up about our services, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To run analytics and measure our advertising, based on your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To keep records of enquiries, ensure the security of the website and establish or defend legal claims, based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax obligations if we enter into a contract (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers who help us run our business and who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, including:
- website hosting: [Hostinger International Ltd.];
- email delivery: [email provider];
- customer relationship management: [GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, once connected];
- analytics and advertising, only with your consent: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel);
- maps, only when you choose to load the map: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Maps).
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to [12 months] from our last contact.
- Guide downloads and follow-up: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
- Clients: for the duration of the contract and then for the limitation period for claims and the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the tools, no longer than [14 months].

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
