Warszawa · Plac Trzech Krzyży

Warsaw’s prestige retail runs along the Royal Route, around Plac Trzech Krzyży, where international watch and jewellery houses keep opening salons in historic buildings. This study turns the ground floor of a 19th-century tenement into a high-security boutique while restoring its facade and plasterwork.

What we would deliver

  • Strip-out and structural survey of the ground floor
  • Restoration of the shopfront and original plaster ceiling
  • Security glazing, a vault room and an intruder alarm designed with the insurer
  • Bespoke walnut, brass and marble joinery
  • Museum-grade lighting and climate control for the displays

Polish approvals

  • Permit from the voivodeship heritage conservator (wojewódzki konserwator zabytków), before any other filing
  • Change-of-use notification or building permit, depending on the works
  • Fire safety review (ppoż.) for the new layout
